Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LinkPilot AI ("we", "our", "the Service") collects, uses, stores and protects information when you use our web application to generate, schedule and publish LinkedIn posts. This page is maintained by the app owner to answer common privacy questions about LinkPilot AI.

Account information you provide during registration: full name, email address and password (stored hashed by our authentication provider).

Content you create or configure: post topics, keywords, drafts, generated posts, generated images, scheduling preferences and language preference.

LinkedIn connection data: after you authorize LinkedIn, we store the OAuth access token and your LinkedIn profile identifier so we can publish on your behalf. We never receive or store your LinkedIn password.

To operate the core features: generate posts and images with AI, schedule publishing, and publish to your connected LinkedIn account.

To enforce your daily quota and plan limits fairly across users.

To show engagement analytics for your own posts inside your dashboard.

To secure your account, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

When you generate a post or image, the topic, keywords and language you supply are sent to trusted AI providers (Google Gemini via AI Gateway, and image generation providers) purely to produce the requested content. We do not use your prompts or generated content to train third-party models.

We share the minimum data required with subprocessors: Cloud (hosting, database, authentication), and AI providers (only the prompt content you submit).

We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or third parties.

Your data is stored in managed Cloud infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and encryption at rest provided by the platform. Access is restricted by row-level security so users can only access their own data.

Sensitive values such as API keys and OAuth tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.

Account, post and activity data are retained while your account is active. When you delete your account you may request full deletion of your data by contacting us; we will remove it within a reasonable period unless retention is required by law.

You can disconnect LinkedIn at any time from the Settings page, which revokes our stored access token.

You have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below.

We use only essential cookies and local storage strictly required to keep you signed in and to remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

LinkPilot AI is not intended for users under 16. Please do not use the Service if you are under this age.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
